Based in the heart of Leamington Spa, Pixel Toys have spent almost a decade pushing the capabilities of mobile gaming. We have developed multiple award-winning titles, including:  Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade, Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realm War; and we’re now excited to be exclusively working on a new game, unlike ANYTHING we’ve done previously!

As a forward thinking and innovative studio we are always looking for new technologies and techniques to develop and use in our games and make them even more engaging experiences for our customers.

We are excited to continue to grow our team and are always on the lookout for highly talented and motivated individuals, who are passionate about gaming and excited to join us on our ambitious journey!

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Producer to join us in crafting revolutionary games that captivate players. You will actively contribute to our agile development process, drive creation of our core technologies and ensure projects run smoothly. You will be also be responsible for running our sprint ceremonies while tracking velocity and sprint capacity, acting as a key interdisciplinary point of contact.

Play a vital role in supporting the development team, working closely with Product Owners to maintain the roadmap and break down backlog items into sprint-sized deliverables, while solving problems and ensuring the Scrum is set-up for success.

About you:

You will join us with a rock-solid understanding of Agile/SCRUM Project Management methodologies, impeccable interpersonal skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Detail-oriented and passionate about games, (hopefully in the free-to-play space), you will collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams, motivating and guiding them towards achieving their objectives.

Your adept problem-solving and analytical capabilities, coupled with your ability to distil complex issues into clear, concise presentations, will be invaluable. As a proactive and team-focused self-starter, you are prepared to adapt to evolving business objectives and navigate change with ease.
