Role Overview

• Proficiently operate OBS software during live broadcasts, ensuring smooth transitions, effective scene switching, and optimal audio and video quality.
• Coordinate and direct live productions, including managing on-screen graphics, overlays, and special effects to enhance viewer engagement.
• Provide support and guidance to hosts during live broadcasts, including cueing, timing, and assisting with ad-libbing as needed.
• Work closely with other team members to execute the overall vision for each show effectively.
• Monitor chat rooms during live broadcasts, engaging with viewers and incorporating audience feedback where appropriate.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Have at least 1 or 2 years of experience as a Producer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Media Production, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience operating OBS or similar live streaming software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Creative flair for content production, with the ability to develop innovative ideas for game show segments and challenges.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, particularly during live broadcasts with tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live show schedules.
