Job Summary
Job Description
The Product Analyst - Retention will design go-to-market plans for product feature launches, identify and analyze ideas for the retention team, create user journeys with specific KPIs, and upgrade legacy processes through automation. They will also identify bugs and enhancements to improve marketing programs and user flows, understand player behavior, and create segmented campaigns. The role requires in-depth knowledge of tools like Clever Tap, Mixpanel, and internal Admin interfaces, with a focus on achieving business CRM goals. The company has over 75 million+ users and multiple brand verticals like A23Rummy and Cricket.com.
Must have:
- Experience with Clevertap, Mixpanel, Webengage, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for simplifying topics.
- Knowledge of Automation, Email, SMS marketing.
- Knowledge of Facebook marketing.
Good to have:
- Work experience in the gaming industry.

Role Overview
- Design GTM (Marketing) plan for product feature launch
- Identify gaps in the existing processes or features & improve
- Identify and analyse relevant ideas leading to right product features for retention team
- Make user journeys with specific KPI’s for player targeting
- Be able to identify & upgrade legacy processes (Automation)
- Identify bugs/enhancements required to improve marketing programs/user flows
- Understand player behavior and patterns and there by create segmented campaigns.
- Exhibit sound product judgment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business CRM goals.
- Expected to gain in-depth knowledge on tools such as Clever Tap, Mixpanel, MSTR and internal Admin interfaces.
Required Skills
- Experience on tools like Clevertap, Mixpanel, Webengage, Moengage, Mixpanel,
- Appsflyer, Localytics, Firebase etc will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
- Knowledge of Automation Marketing, Facebook Marketing, Email marketing, SMS marketing, push notifications, user segmentation and behavior is a plus
- Work experience in gaming is a plus
