Product Designer

The TechOps team at TransPerfect seeks a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features. This role involves conducting user research, creating interactive prototypes, and designing pixel-perfect interfaces. The designer will collaborate closely with Design Leads, Product Managers, and Engineers, contributing to the Design System and fostering continuous improvement through critiques and workshops. A user-centric approach is key to simplifying client and colleague experiences.

Must Have

• Own end-to-end design process (discovery to delivery).
• Conduct user interviews, analyze data, A/B test design solutions.
• Create interactive prototypes, detailed user flows, polished visual designs.
• Design pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and UX fundamentals.
• Work closely with Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers.
• Lead and participate in design critiques and workshops.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Design System.
• 3+ years UX/UI experience with research, design, validation skills.
• Experience with responsive web and mobile apps.
• Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
• Experience with data-driven design decisions, analytics, user metrics.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma; excellent visual and interaction design skills.
• Excellent communication skills to present design rationale.
• Critical and design thinking skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Good to Have

• Experience with AI tools to accelerate design work.
• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and A/B test design solutions to validate decisions
• Create interactive prototypes, detailed user flows and polished visual designs
• Design pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and user experience fundamentals
• Work closely with Design Lead, Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
• Lead and participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the evolution of our Design System to design and update components, design patterns and guidelines

Job requirements

The minimum we’re looking for (show us what you got if you aren’t a perfect fit):

• 3+ years of experience working as a UX/UI with research, design and validation skills. You have a strong UX focus, and strong visual and interaction design fundamentals
• Experience with responsive web and mobile apps
• Design System: Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
• Experience with data-driven design decisions and comfortable working with analytics and user metrics
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and excellent visual design and interaction design skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale and defend decisions to stakeholders
• Critical and design thinking skills
