Job Description
The TechOps team at TransPerfect, established 10 years ago, focuses on a user-centric approach to deliver technology and services that simplify client and colleague lives. This Product Designer role involves owning the end-to-end design process for products and features, from discovery to delivery, within a cross-functional team. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating prototypes, designing pixel-perfect interfaces, and collaborating with product managers and engineers to meet technical and business requirements. The role also contributes to the evolution of the company's Design System.
Good To Have:

Must Have:
- Own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features, from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and A/B test design solutions to validate decisions.
- Create interactive prototypes, detailed user flows, and polished visual designs.
- Design pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and user experience fundamentals.
- Work closely with Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
- Lead and participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the evolution of our Design System to design and update components, design patterns, and guidelines.
- 3+ years of experience working as a UX/UI with research, design, and validation skills.
- Experience with responsive web and mobile apps.
- Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
- Experience with data-driven design decisions and comfortable working with analytics and user metrics.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and excellent visual design and interaction design skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale and defend decisions to stakeholders.
- Critical and design thinking skills.
- Fluent English both written and spoken.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team.

Job requirements
The minimum we’re looking for (show us what you got if you aren’t a perfect fit):
- 3+ years of experience working as a UX/UI with research, design and validation skills. You have a strong UX focus, and strong visual and interaction design fundamentals
- Experience with responsive web and mobile apps
- Design System: Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
- Experience with data-driven design decisions and comfortable working with analytics and user metrics
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and excellent visual design and interaction design skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale and defend decisions to stakeholders
- Critical and design thinking skills
