ByteDance's Global Payment UED team seeks a Product Designer to enhance their Fintech platform. Responsibilities include owning design quality, collaborating with product and design teams to create scalable designs for a global audience, and designing visual assets for new product campaigns aligned with the TikTok brand. The ideal candidate possesses strong UI/UX design experience within the Fintech or payments industry, a portfolio showcasing creative vision, and proficiency in design tools like Figma. Experience leading UI designers is a plus. The role involves improving the quality of payment services across mobile app and web platforms.

We are looking for a talented mobile app or web-based product designers to provide the best payment service experience at ByteDance. You will have the opportunity to explore, conceptualize, communicate, collaborate, execute and ultimately improve the quality of our products. Responsibilities - Take ownership of design quality, strong conceptual thinker and bring your designs to life - Collaborate closely with product and design to create high quality designs that are scalable for the global audience - Design visual assets for new product campaigns in Global Payment that align with TikTok brand identity, ensuring a consistent and unified visual presence across all platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Must-have User Growth and/or User Acquisition Experiences working in a fintech or payment industry - Relevant UI design, graphic design, visual design working experience in the internet sector - Portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to turn ideas into a strong and unique creative vision - Having a keen eye on design trends and cutting edge technologies - Skilled in using Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or AI etc Preferred Qualifications - Experiences leading a team of UI Designers and/or leadership management skills - Bachelor’s degree(or higher) educational background
