Marvell is seeking a highly motivated Product Engineer Intern to join a dynamic product engineering team working on advanced Server & Network Processors. This role involves collaborating with Test, hardware, Design, and Firmware engineering teams to design, develop, and debug products. Responsibilities include delivering Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test and automation, driving ATE operations for device test debug and characterization, supporting manufacturing processes, and contributing to yield and quality improvements.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences or relevant disciplines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of SiliconDash and JMP data analysis tools
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ATE environment for Final test and wafer probe

Marvell is looking for highly motivated, talented Product Engineer Intern. You will part of a dynamic product engineering team working on most advanced technologies including Server & Network Processor. Working at Marvell is fun, exciting and lot of growth potential within the company. You will work closely with Test, hardware, Design and Firm ware engineering teams to design, develop, and debug products and solutions.

What You Can Expect

  • Work with Test Engineering to deliver Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test and automation.
  • Drive ATE operation for device test debug, device functionality, testability, and characterization.
  • Support the manufacturing process from Fab process, wafer sort, package assembly, backend testing, characterization, and qualification.
  • Support early production testing, and transfer products test to mass production offshore.
  • Drive for the best possible yield at technology and design capability by contributing in debug (Yield, Test, and Design related issues).
  • Drive manufacturing cost reduction and quality improvement.
  • Participate in failure analysis (ATE, Bench, Physical) at product level.

What We're Looking For
