Scopely is seeking a Analytics Product Manager to join our Marketing Analytics team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis! What will you do?
As a Data Product Manager at Marketing Analytics, you will own the roadmap for the strategic analytics initiatives for Monopoly Go Marketing team and Marketing Central team. You will be the bridge between our analytics team and the marketing teams who rely on these data products to drive the business
Bridge between “Monopoly Go Marketing Analytics” and “Marketing Analytics Central” teams
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to collect requirements and transform them into detailed products and measurement specifications
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from prioritization and refinement to monitoring and optimization, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives
Oversee the portfolio of analytical tools, including data models, Looker explores and dashboards, ensuring they support effective decision-making
Work closely with data analysts, analytics engineers, data scientists, and marketing performance teams to deliver data products that bring strategic fit, user value and business value.
What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of experience as a Data Product Manager and relevant experience in analytics - a background in social or mobile free-to-play gaming is a plus but not essential
Experience in owning measurement frameworks aimed at assisting and supporting marketing team decisions.
Experience in attribution models, reactivation frameworks, Geo Lift, Incrementality measurement, LTV model and SKAN.
Keen attention to detail, easily spotting inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
Strong analytical background with proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data stack technologies (e.g., BigQuery, dbt, Looker).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of stakeholders: technical roles, marketing teams, executive team.
Willingness and conviction to challenge opinions and sternness to push back if necessary.
Flexible thinking with the ability to manage both detailed tasks and big-picture initiatives.
Creative mind with a keen interest to further exploring and expanding suggested initiatives providing new measurement perspectives.
