Meta seeks experienced Product Managers to lead and drive complex product areas. Responsibilities include defining success metrics, prioritizing problems, and developing strategies within a larger organizational context. Successful candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, data scientists, researchers) to define product vision, roadmaps, and achieve goals. They will analyze user research and market data to inform product decisions, influence partner functions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Mentorship and team building are also key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, including at least 3 in Product Management, and a proven ability to improve product performance and team effectiveness.
