Job Summary
Sonar is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join a newly formed squad, focusing on developing customer-centric products and driving business growth through "collective intelligence." The role involves working with Product leadership on strategic initiatives, leading pricing and packaging strategies, driving process improvements within Product Management, and defining executive review cadences. This position requires advising assigned Product Management teams to ensure alignment with company vision and strategy across functions like Marketing and Sales. The goal is to enhance business orientation, discipline, and decision-making within the Product organization, ultimately contributing to Sonar's mission of supercharging developers.
Must Have
- 5+ years in Management Consulting/strategic roles and Tech industry
- Hands-on experience with pricing and packaging
- Experience with product launches and NPI processes
- Familiarity with Cloud and SaaS industries
- Passion for software products and technology
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills with English fluency

Job Description
- Work with Product leadership on strategic initiatives
- Lead key pricing and packaging initiatives, defining list pricing, discount policies, and packaging structure for our most important products
- Drive process improvement within the Product Management organization
- Define and implement the Executive Review cadence, ensuring effective alignment of the Product organization with the overall company vision / strategy and the rest of the functions (e.g. e.g. Marketing, Sales)
- Be an advisor to your assigned Product Management team
- 5+ years of combined experience between Management Consulting / strategic roles and Tech industry roles, preferably with Product Operations or Product Management
- Hands on experience with pricing, packaging, product launches and NPI processes in Enterprise software
- Familiarity with the Cloud and SaaS industries
- Passion for software products and the underlying technology
- Team player with a can-do attitude able to navigate a matrixed organization
- Strong analytic, problem solving, and leadership skills
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken
