Product Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a professional with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience to join our team in a Product Quality Assurance capacity. This role is focused on supporting Project Quality Manager Operations (PQMO) by ensuring compliance with established quality systems, tools, and methodologies across both product and process development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to project teams in the application of quality assurance tools and methods, including delivering training as needed.
• Ensure adherence to procedural standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive issue resolution stemming from design evaluations and build phases using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Lead and support local PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) activities.
• Assist with defining and implementing Parts Handling Requirements for product development projects.
• Support variation reduction efforts during Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ramp-up stages of product launches.

Quality Monitoring & Improvement:

• Monitor and analyze quality trends through statistical data and field performance reports to detect emerging customer concerns early.
• Initiate root cause analysis and containment actions for any identified product quality issues.
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of corrective measures to resolve and prevent the recurrence of quality problems, particularly in new product introductions.

Salary Range: $70,000-75,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
