Job Description
DAZN is looking for a Production Assistant to join their team in Japan. As a Production Assistant, you will support the production team in the creation of live broadcasts and original content. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including live sports broadcasts, studio shows, and documentaries. Responsibilities include supporting the production team with various tasks, including coordinating production logistics, managing schedules, and creating graphics and video clips. You will also have the opportunity to assist with the production of original content, such as documentaries and studio shows.
Must have:
- Experience working as an AD on a production
- Experience with video editing software
- Ability to meet deadlines and be creative
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with production teams
- Understanding of production equipment and workflows
- Ability to learn new technology
- Strong time management and budget management skills
- Ability to analyze data and use it to inform production decisions
Good to have:
- Experience with Adobe Premiere
- Experience with cloud-based production workflows
- Experience with graphic design
- Experience with live sports production
- Experience with studio production
- Experience with documentary production
- Passion for sports
- Knowledge of different sports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

DAZNでは世界各国のスポーツを年間７０００試合生中継するとともに、独自の分析番組や選手のインタビュー、ハイライトの制作など独自コンテンツを多数制作しております。
そんなDAZN Japanの制作スタッフとともに中継や番組の制作を行うプロダクション・アシスタントを募集しております。
プロダクション・アシスタントは、テレビディレクターをサポートするとともに自ら番組制作を行うディレクターになりたい人のためのポジションです。
スポーツ中継を中継車やテレビスタジオでディレクションしてみたい。スタジオ番組の演出やディレクションをしてみたい。スポーツ番組やVTR企画、ドキュメンタリーの制作をしてみたい。自ら企画を考え、出演交渉や取材・ロケを行い、編集する事に興味を持っている、あるいは多少は経験がある方を求めています。
As our new Production Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- プロダクション･コーディネーション・チームと連携し、全てのプロダクション業務のサポート
- クラウド上のスケジュール、ワークフロー管理のソフトを使いこなし、配信スケジュールの確認
- プロデューサー、ディレクターをアシスト
- グラフィックの文字入力、映像クリップの作成、クラウドへのアップロードなどプロダクションのコンテンツ制作
You’ll have:
- ADとして番組制作に携わったことがある
- 映像制作、放送制作の勉強をしたことがある
- 自らカメラを使って動画撮影や編集に興味と意欲がある
- 番組の企画や提案を考え、参加への意欲がある
- Adobe Premiereなどの編集ソフトを使ったことがある
- 厳しい締め切りを守り、クリエイティブで柔軟な解決策を提示する
- 制作スタッフや出演者、外部スタッフと積極的で協力的な関係を築く
- 作業フローや必要な機材などへの理解力と新たなことを学習する力
- 動画配信という新しいテクノロジーを使った番組制作への興味と向上心
- 自分の仕事の時間管理と予算管理ができる
- 視聴傾向を分析し、客観的な視聴データを柔軟に番組制作に活かす
- 番組制作・中継制作という仕事の性質上、夜間や深夜、土日祝日の勤務が必要な場合があるが、不規則勤務に適応できること
- バランスのとれた客観的な判断をし、編集基準を十分理解した上で編集判断を下す
- スポーツへの情熱・知識・興味があること (得意なスポーツ分野があることが望ましい)
- クリエイティブな考え方は必須で、その考えを明瞭かつ簡潔に説明出来るコミュニケーション力
