Job Summary
The Project Coordinator supports the Cell Therapy Organization, Cross Functional Operations, and Cell Therapy Leadership Team, Strategy & Operations. This role involves managing executive calendars, travel, meeting logistics, and administrative tasks. The candidate will handle multiple priorities, develop new skills, and work collaboratively across the organization, demonstrating strong integrity and discretion.
Must Have
- Perform a variety of administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Manage calendars, schedules, and organize complex activities such as executives & department calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, conferences and related activities across numerous BMS sites
- Support opportunities for miscellaneous organizational activities (e.g., Site relocation, Restacking) and KPI monitoring (etc., training metrics) across department
- Creation and maintenance of SharePoint site, Teams Channel, knowledge management activities, able to work with IT and other key stakeholders to make functional changes & improvement to such collaborative platforms
- Continuously identify improvements to functional processes and support the change management to implement
- Assist with onboarding of new colleagues
- Assist with budget management and P.O. creation & processing, as needed
- Responds to regularly occurring requests for information
- Work independently and serve as a key team contributor for special nonrecurring and ongoing tasks, assignments and projects including time sensitive and high-profile meetings
- Self-motivated, efficient team player with strong oral and written communication skills
- Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing and have the ability to work with other members of the BMS Cell Therapy Organization
- Demonstrate superior personal integrity and ethics, including an exceptional sense of discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- 5+ years experience in administration

- Pharmaceutical experience
- 1-2 years of Project Management experience
- Experience with data analytics
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Concur and SharePoint

Position Summary:
The successful candidate should be a self-motivated, efficient team player with strong oral and written communication skills. Candidate should also have a demonstrated capacity to develop new skills and learn new software applications. He/she will be responsible for supporting multiple priorities that support the Cell Therapy Organization, Cross Functional Operations and Cell Therapy Leadership Team, Strategy & Operations organization in addition to executive level calendars, travel requirements and meeting logistics.
Candidate must be capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing and have the ability to work with other members of the BMS Cell Therapy Organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload, and meet applicable deadlines on a timely basis. Candidate will interact with a diverse group of team members at all levels of the Company. Exhibit a positive work attitude, high productivity and a collaborative approach with other employees across the organization. The candidate must demonstrate superior personal integrity and ethics, including an exceptional sense of discretion; strong interpersonal skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative responsibilities on behalf of the practice area with minimal supervision
- Manage calendars, as well as schedules, and organize complex activities such as executives & department calendars, meetings (including material preparation & archival), travel, expenses, conferences and related activities across numerous BMS sites
- May support additional high level executives for temporary periods based on needs (e.g., vacation backup) and may be required to be working on site for specific days based on needs
- Support opportunities for miscellaneous organizational activities (e.g., Site relocation, Restacking) and KPI monitoring (etc., training metrics) across department
- Creation and maintenance of SharePoint site, Teams Channel, knowledge management activities, able to work with IT and other key stakeholders to make functional changes & improvement to such collaborative platforms

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years experience in administration, pharmaceutical experience preferred
- 1-2 years of Project Management experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on teams cross-functionally
- Experience with data analytics
- Strong problem solving skills
- Candidate also should have a demonstrated capacity to develop new skills and learn new software applications.
- Preferably advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Concur and SharePoint

**Compensation Overview:**
Madison - Giralda - NJ - US: $74,630 - $90,434
Princeton - NJ - US: $74,630 - $90,434
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
