Job Description

Haleon is seeking an Electrical Engineer to implement and support global technical standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across all departments. The role involves active participation in projects to ensure electrical supplies meet Haleon's procedures and standards, as well as adherence to Slovak electrical regulations. Key responsibilities include leading innovative projects, managing budgets, reviewing electrical infrastructure, collaborating with suppliers, overseeing installations, and managing risks.
Must have:
  • Lead innovative projects and manage budgets effectively.
  • Act as a key contact for global electrical technical standards.
  • Review and improve electrical infrastructure for compliance.
  • Seek and collaborate with suppliers for new technologies.
  • Oversee installation and testing work for quality and timeliness.
  • Actively manage risks, safety measures, and quality processes.
  • University degree in electrical specialization.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced MS Excel and English language skills.
  • Proficiency in project management, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Electrical qualification (§23) for systems above 1000 V.

Electrical Engineer

We are looking for an electrical engineer whose main task will be the implementation and support of global technical standards management. Their goal will be to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all departments, actively participate in projects, and ensure that electrical supplies meet Haleon's procedures and standards.

The electrical engineer will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Slovak regulations in the field of electrical engineering.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading innovative projects and effectively managing the budget to achieve set goals.
  • Key contact for global technical standards in electrical engineering, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Reviewing and improving electrical infrastructure to always comply with the latest laws and Haleon regulations.
  • Searching for and collaborating with suppliers who bring the latest technologies and solutions to the workplace.
  • Supervising installation and testing work to ensure everything proceeds according to plan, on time, and with the highest quality.
  • Actively managing risks and safety measures, resolving incidents, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety processes.

Education: University degree in: electrical specialization

Other requirements:

  • Experience in the same/similar position
  • MS Office
  • MS Excel – advanced
  • English language— advanced
  • Project management
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Teamwork
  • §23 - electrical qualification - above 1000 V
