Internship Description

You will contribute to the organization of our end-of-year event, Paris Game Biz. You will also take part in other network animation actions, and support other projects of the association...

Driven by the desire to highlight French video game talents and creations, you will participate in raising public and industry awareness of productions created in France, while helping to strengthen the visibility of studios and professionals in our industry.

Under the responsibility of the management, your mission will consist of supporting the Capital Games team around two main axes:

• Support for the organization of Paris Game Biz, a professional event led by the association, highlighting the richness and diversity of French video games and international meetings. You will thus participate in the logistics, coordination, and animation of the event, with the aim of promoting studios and industry professions, and enabling good networking among the various stakeholders.
• Support for the development and coordination of our other events, such as monthly network meetings, webinars, international event actions (Games Made In Satellites),...

Beyond these main missions, you will be asked to contribute to other initiatives depending on the needs of the association (contribution to the daily life of the association, occasional support on other projects).

• Support for the design of content and implementation of animations to promote French productions.
• Logistics, coordination of service providers, and synchronization with partners.
• Support for the communication team on internal and external communication elements.
• Transverse administrative and logistical support.

Required Profile

• Ideally Bac+3 to Bac+5 education (business school, cultural project management, administration, etc.) with a strong interest in the cultural and event sector.
• You are rigorous, autonomous, and proactive, you have excellent oral and written communication, as well as a good synthesis capacity.
• You are also comfortable with the Office / Google suite (especially Excel / Sheet and Powerpoint / Slides).
• You have an aptitude for and wish to progress in the areas of project monitoring and your knowledge of video games.
• A good video game culture is a plus but not a prerequisite.

Additional Information

Internship agreement for a duration of 3 to 6 months, to be filled as soon as possible.

Remuneration: 4.35 euros / hour

We do not offer apprenticeships.

On-site & remote work depending on needs and urgencies

The association has its offices at Cargo, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris near RER E (Rosa Parks station), Tram 3b (Canal St Denis) and Metro 7 (Corentin Cariou)
