Must have:
  • Articulate impact of options and leverage analytics for recommendations.
  • Partner with senior Account Managers and Regional Sales Teams for client retention and new business.
  • Manage contract reviews and midterm adjustments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Respond effectively to complex client needs and questions.
  • Stay informed on market trends and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate RFPs and other project-related topics for sales teams and clients.
Good to have:
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role within insurance or risk management.
  • Fluency in any other European language.
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes.
  • Ability to develop and coordinate innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • A track record of building lasting internal/external client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

You will play a key role in evaluating risks, analyzing financial data, and delivering strategic insights that drive client success and foster long-term relationships.

We will count on you to:

  • Articulate the impact of various options and leverage analytics to make informed recommendations across multiple product lines.
  • Partner with senior Account Managers and Regional Sales Teams to retain existing clients and generate new business opportunities by managing contract reviews and midterm adjustments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and foster growth.
  • Respond effectively to complex client needs and questions, enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Stay informed on market trends and ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and transparency standards to serve clients better.
  • Coordinate RFPs and other project-related topics for sales teams and clients.

What you need to have:

  • 6+ years of overall experience within this 5 years in risk management, insurance, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in evaluating risks, analyzing financial data, and developing client solutions.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret loss experience and financials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • A proactive can-do approach to client service and business development.
