Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for driving visibility, accountability, and coordination across all customer engagements. They will track and report on customer engagements, milestones, and KPIs. The role involves creating and executing support and remediation plans for at-risk accounts, developing custom reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers. This position will also act as a point of coordination for customer-facing projects and identify trends for proactive solutions. This is a critical role in scaling customer engagement efforts.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Customer Success team. This role will be responsible for driving visibility, accountability, and coordination across all customer engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing post-sale customer success initiatives and working cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Technical Account Managers (TAMs), support, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and report on all customer engagements, milestones, and KPIs using internal systems
  • Own the creation and execution of support and remediation plans for at-risk accounts
  • Develop custom reporting and insights for QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)
  • Collaborate closely with CSMs and TAMs to align on engagement priorities, deliverables, and timelines
  • Act as a point of coordination for customer-facing projects and ensure timely resolution to escalations
  • Identify trends across accounts to recommend proactive solutions and process improvements
  • Lead internally- and externally-facing program management touchpoints

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role, preferably in a SaaS or customer-facing environment
  • Proven experience supporting customer success, support, or technical account management functions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup
  • Hands-on experience managing customer engagement plans and tracking success metrics
  • Familiarity with SMB banks and/or credit union operations is highly preferred
  • Located in the Bay Area with the ability to come into our San Jose office on a regular basis

Compensation:

  • Total compensation is expected to be between $100,000 - $130,000. Total compensation is a mix of salary and variable compensation. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
