Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Core Product team at Social Discovery Group (SDG). You will be responsible for project planning and execution, leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your key tasks will include defining project scope, developing detailed plans, managing schedules and resources, identifying and mitigating risks, and tracking performance metrics. You will work closely with developers, designers, and marketing professionals to ensure smooth collaboration and communication. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and make a real impact in shaping the future of social interaction.

Must have:

5+ years of project management experience in rapidly growing tech products
Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or similar
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High adaptivity to changes
Fluent Russian speaker
Level of English - B2

Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Core Product team.

Your main tasks will be:

Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans and manage schedules, resources, and risks.
Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clear communication of progress, challenges, and milestones.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics, deliverables, and timelines, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.

We expect from you:

5+ years of project management experience in rapidly growing tech products.
Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or similar.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High adaptivity to changes.
Technical background will be considered as an asset.
Fluent Russian speaker.
Level of English - B2.

Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
