Project Manager

The opportunity

As a Project Manager within Aura’s Content Solutions organization (also known as Aura News), you’ll lead strategic, high-impact projects that drive both internal efficiency and product performance. Your strong technical and data orientation will allow you to dive deep into the product—from infrastructure to user-facing features—and contribute meaningfully to its evolution.

You’ll be expected to ramp up quickly, develop a strong understanding of Aura News’s workflows, and take full ownership of key projects. Over time, your impact will include streamlining processes across teams, strengthening client delivery, and contributing meaningfully to the product’s performance and growth at scale.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, BI, business, and customer-facing teams—making this a unique opportunity to grow as a leader, broaden your technical and strategic skills, and make a tangible impact on millions of users worldwide.

What you'll be doing

• Independently operate a complex technical platform, shaping and implementing user experiences including personalized content for diverse audiences.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of projects and A/B tests, including hands-on implementation and performance optimization.
• Lead the technical release process for product versions- prepare release notes, communicate with clients, and coordinate rollouts to align with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Product, BI, Monetization) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Create and maintain client-facing documentation to clearly communicate product performance, A/B test outcomes, and feature updates.

What we're looking for

• Strong technical capabilities with the ability to engage deeply with product and data.
• Data-driven mindset with sharp problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven project management abilities, with the capacity to drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort collaborating with stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Academic excellence, with an honors degree from a recognized university (preferably in engineering) and a GPA of 80 or above.
