Project Manager - Creative Services

Rockstar New York is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our rapidly growing creative team to manage day-to-day operations related to the production of in-game media projects under the Rockstar Games umbrella.

We are looking for a creative, motivated, proactive, and dedicated individual to manage and lead the entire process of media development from initial concept through to final delivery. Superb project management skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

WHAT WE DO

• The Creative Services team at Rockstar works on projects that include a wide variety of creative assets to promote and support the brand and our games.
• We make creative assets for company branding, digital, print & package design, and advertising campaigns.
• We create promotional materials, assets for events, in-game creative, and other marketing materials to support all our titles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish In-Game Media department priorities while handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring all relevant parties are informed of project status/changes.
• Receive and understand creative briefs then communicate that information to the In Game Media Team in a concise and clear way.
• Proactively acquire information needed to complete projects from necessary departments.
• Uphold project workflows and ensure established processes are followed by all stakeholders.
• Lead communications between writing, art, design, and other stakeholders and ensure all requests and deliverables are properly managed.
• Ensure creatives have the necessary direction and assets to complete projects on time.
• Provide a level of quality control for all assets associated with projects.
• Collate information about project content for legal clearance including music and font usage.
• Oversee project management software for team tasks.
• Learn the Rockstar brand to uphold creative vision and high-quality standards across all projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years producer/project management experience.
• BA/BS degree.

SKILLS

• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, able to think ahead and identify issues or bottlenecks before they arise.
• Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interact with internal peers and management as well as vendors and outside agencies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic Photoshop knowledge a plus.
• Ability to prioritize assignments in order to anticipate and meet multiple deadlines.
• Must work well in a deadline-driven environment.

PLUSES
