SIM's real estate expertise is bundled in the Real Estate division, which is represented in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Paris, Madrid, London, and Seoul and manages a combined AuM of approximately €7 billion.
For over 30 years, in the Real Estate division, we have supported international investors throughout the entire investment cycle of a property, starting from the suitable investment strategy, property selection and acquisition, through the integration of the property into our own asset and property management, up to its sale.
