Job Description

This Public Relations Analyst role involves coordinating institutional visits at Cenpes, including welcoming visitors, presenting the facility, and clarifying doubts. Responsibilities also include preparing and updating presentation materials, liaising with R&D management for lab visits, planning the Visitor Center project, and monitoring GE and GIT events. Must have:
  • Minimum of over 6 years of experience in related activities
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Spanish
  • Higher education in communication, Social Communication, international public relations, or marketing
  • Coordinate institutional visits at Cenpes, including welcoming visitors and presenting the facility
  • Prepare and update presentation materials for visitors
  • Articulate with R&D managements to promote laboratory visits and technical presentations
  • Plan and develop the Visitor Center project and virtual visits
  • Monitor GE and GIT events, including articulation with organizers and material preparation

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of over 6 years in activities related to the attributions;
  • Fluent English and Spanish.

EDUCATION

  • Higher education in communication, Social Communication, international public relations, or marketing.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-graduation in communication, public relations, or marketing;
  • Previous experience in the oil or energy sector.

ATTRIBUTIONS

  • Coordination of the institutional visit process at Cenpes: welcoming visitors, presenting Cenpes, its structure and main areas of activity, clarifying doubts, etc.;
  • Preparation and updating of material for presentation to visitors;
  • Articulation with R&D managements to promote laboratory visits and technical presentations;
  • Planning and development of the Visitor Center project in articulation with COM, RINST, and ESTO; planning of virtual visits;
  • Monitoring of GE and GIT events, including articulation with organizers and material preparation.
