Job Description

This Public Relations Analyst role at Capco in Rio de Janeiro is a hybrid position requiring over 6 years of experience and a degree in communication, social communication, international public relations, or marketing. Key responsibilities include coordinating institutional visits to Cenpes, preparing presentation materials, liaising with R&D for lab visits, planning the Visitor Center project, and monitoring GE and GIT events. Must have:
  • Coordinate institutional visits at Cenpes: welcome visitors, present Cenpes, its structure and main areas of activity, clarify doubts, etc.
  • Prepare and update presentation material for visitors.
  • Liaise with R&D management to promote laboratory visits and technical presentations.
  • Plan and develop the Visitor Center project in conjunction with COM, RINST, and ESTO; plan virtual visits.
  • Monitor GE and GIT events, including liaison with organizers and material preparation.
Good to have:
  • Post-graduation in communication, public relations or marketing
  • Previous experience in the oil or energy sector

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of over 6 years in activities related to the responsibilities;
  • Fluent English.

EDUCATION

  • Higher education in communication, Social Communication, international public relations or marketing.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-graduation in communication, public relations or marketing;
  • Previous experience in the oil or energy sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination of the institutional visit process at Cenpes: welcome visitors, present Cenpes, its structure and main areas of activity, clarify doubts, etc.;
  • Preparation and updating of material for presentation to visitors;
  • Articulation with R&D managements to promote visits to laboratories and for technical presentations;
  • Planning and development of the Visitor Center project in articulation with COM, RINST and ESTO; planning of virtual visits;
  • Monitoring of GE and GIT events, including articulation with organizers and preparation of material.
