Job Description
Binance is a global blockchain company focused on accelerating cryptocurrency adoption. The Binance Accelerator Program offers an immersive experience in the Web3 space for early-career talent, lasting at least six months full-time. Participants will gain insight into the leading blockchain ecosystem, network with professionals, and build transferable skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to test and deliver high-quality products, understanding business scenarios and technical designs, designing and developing test cases, executing functional and regression tests, identifying and tracking bugs, and designing and executing automation scripts to improve efficiency.
Must Have:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
- Understanding of software engineering and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with Java.
- Familiarity with MySQL databases.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner with a strong work ethic.

About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Who may apply
Current University students and recent Graduates who can commit at least 6 months tenure, fulltime 5 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with team members to test and deliver high quality products.
- Understand business scenarios and tech design, design and develop test cases, and organize test case reviews.
- Execute test cases and identify issues through functional and regression tests.
- Identify, track bugs to be fixed and make sure delivery on time.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts to increase efficiency
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate in computer science, software engineering or related fields.
- Understanding of software engineering, QA methodologies
- Familiar with Java
- Familiar with mysql Database
- Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
