General Management is responsible for achieving the organization's operational and financial goals. They control, direct and participate in the activities of the organization through a hierarchy of managers and supervisors. Activities include long-term strategic planning; determining the policies of the organization; allocating its resources and making decisions regarding organization growth and diversification to accomplish the organization's vision.
