The Binance Accelerator Program is a 6-month immersive experience for early career talent in the Web3 space. Participants will gain insight into the operations of a leading blockchain ecosystem, focusing on networking and skill development. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to test and deliver high-quality products, understanding business scenarios and technical designs, designing and developing test cases, executing tests, identifying and tracking bugs, and designing/developing automation scripts for efficiency.
Must have:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate in computer science or related fields.
- Understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with Java, Python, or other programming languages.
- Familiarity with Linux, databases, or cloud services.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Fast learner with a strong work ethic.
Good to have:
- Understanding of big data pipelines or middlewares.
- AI related engineering experience.

About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a 6-months program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply
Current university students and recent graduates
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with team members to test and deliver high quality products.
- Understand business scenarios and tech design, design and develop test cases, and organize test case reviews.
- Execute test cases and identify issues through functional and regression tests.
- Identify, track bugs to be fixed and make sure delivery on time.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts to increase efficiency
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate in computer science, software engineering or related fields.
- Understanding of software engineering, QA methodologies, terminology and best practices.
- Experience with at least one of Java, python, or other programming languages.
- Familiar with Linux, database or cloud services
- Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner and strong work ethic.
- Understanding big data pipelines or middlewares is a plus.
- Having AI related engineering experiences is a plus.
