Job Description

NIQ, a leading consumer intelligence company, is seeking a QC Executive for its Customized Intelligence Operation. This pivotal full-time role in Karachi, Pakistan, involves ensuring quality and compliance of project deliverables according to NielsenIQ standards. The executive will manage project KPIs, conduct data quality analysis, and collaborate across departments, requiring strong communication and analytical skills. Candidates should have at least 2 years of market research experience and a background in mathematics, statistics, economics, or business administration.
Must have:
  • Graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration
  • 2 years’ experience in Market Research industry or data analysis
  • Ensure quality and compliance on all project deliverables
  • Thorough understanding of SOPs and NielsenIQ fieldwork standards
  • Ensure overall data quality and integrity
  • Be unbiased, process-driven, and document outcomes accurately
  • Provide accurate measure of Interviewer performance
  • Ensure QC deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
  • Align stakeholders on KPIs for tracking and non-tracking projects
  • Work effectively with different departments and as part of a team
  • Meet deadlines and follow-up on action items
  • Identify and address data and/or project concerns while fieldwork is ongoing
  • Confirm that data is collected in accordance with project requirements
  • Conduct data quality analysis on the project
  • Efficient use of various internal digital platforms
Good to have:
  • Fair knowledge of statistical tools and techniques
  • Arabic verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Preferably experience in a Market Research Agency

Job Description

The role is a pivotal role in Customized Intelligence Operation at NielsenIQ.

The Individual is tasked with the obligation to ensure quality and compliance on all projects deliverables as per NielsenIQ standards and processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quality and Compliance
  • Thorough understanding of the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and related NielsenIQ fieldwork standards
  • Ensure the overall quality and integrity of the data collected as per Nielsen standards
  • Be unbiased, process driven and able to document outcomes accurately and objectively
  • Provide an accurate measure of Interviewer performance and effectiveness
  • Ensure that QC deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Project Management
  • Align stakeholders on KPIs for tracking and non-tracking projects
  • This role involves working with different departments and as part of a team, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important to work effectively with others
  • * Able to meet deadlines and follow-up on action items
  • Identify and address data and/or project concerns while fieldwork is ongoing
  • Confirm that data is collected in accordance with project requirements
  • Able to conduct data quality analysis on the project.

Qualifications

  • Graduate - Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration
  • Overall, 2 years’ experience in Market Research industry or a function that requires data analysis and interpretation
  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fair knowledge of statistical tools and techniques will be an added advantage
  • Strong and articulate verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic (preferred))
  • Experience in project management
  • Solid understanding of field interviewing processes, preferably in Market Research Agency
  • Proactive and great team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Efficient time management, ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
  • Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility.
