The Quality Assurance Engineer role focuses on ensuring high product quality and smooth operations within the organization. The engineer will work with the PQE team to meet product quality requirements, analyze quality performance using statistical and analytical tools, and contribute to improving new products. The role requires data analysis skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, especially on projects like Gen-AI.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science.
Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Good to have:

Good communication skills.
Experience with data visualization tools.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role integrates within QA, ensuring high product quality, smooth operations overall organizational functions
Work as Engineer and assist team leader in PQE to drive the activities to meet overall product quality requirement
Analyze quality performance utilizing using statistical and analytical tools and methods
Improve and deliver high quality of new product. Work in the initiative projects such as Gen-AI

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or related field
Experience in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

PREFERRED:

Good communication skills to present findings in a clear and concise manner
Experience with data visualization tools

SKILLS:

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
