1. Development area, business overview, and role/position within R&D

We build various research-stage systems utilizing the latest IT technologies such as cloud, smartphones, and IoT. This promotes advanced research in IT-based services and connected cars. As we handle everything from system planning to design and implementation, there is a high degree of freedom, allowing you to shape your own ideas.

Furthermore, by building systems using a wide range of IT technologies, you can hone your skills as a full-stack engineer. The scope of responsibility is diverse, including building MaaS (Mobility as a Service) systems, research using SDV (Software-Defined Vehicle), and building experimental systems, allowing you to be deeply involved in the research and development of foundational technologies that support next-generation mobility. You will play a central role in creating innovative technologies and a crucial part in realizing the future mobility society.

2. Specific job duties and expected role/position within and outside your department

You will develop IT systems for research and proactively conduct research on new services and system construction, involving other departments. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Building MaaS (Mobility as a Service) systems
  • Developing PoC (Proof of Concept) systems for research using SDV (Software-Defined Vehicle)
  • Developing new service systems utilizing IoT
  • Building systems for collecting and analyzing experimental data

Work Environment and Work Style

The team consists of about 10 members, including mid-career hires. We are responsible for research and advanced development, and the workplace has an atmosphere of active discussion. The environment is set up for exploring optimal solutions while brainstorming ideas.

Additionally, during demonstration experiments, we go out into the field to observe users and collect real data, emphasizing a hands-on approach. Collaboration within and outside the team is active, and a culture of pursuing results together is deeply rooted.

Annual Salary

Monthly Salary (Reference Value)

230,000 JPY to 439,000 JPY

  • Determined comprehensively based on experience and expertise.

Estimated Annual Income (Reference Value)

Approximately 4.1 million JPY to 7.8 million JPY

  • Monthly salary x 12 months + Bonus (estimated value)
  • Bonus amount is a reference value; actual payment timing, amount, and conditions will be determined separately.
  • Overtime allowance, etc., will be paid separately based on employee wage regulations.
