- Tracks, monitors, investigates and reconciles inventory.
- Updates process flows and standard work procedures for materials, inventory and/or test software programs.
- Reports on inventory and quality issues.
- Coordinates and conducts scheduled inventory audits.
- Supports inventory write-off processes. Makes recommendations to scrap, convert or retain slow moving and/or overstocked inventory.
- Identifies trends that lead to inventory discrepancies. Implements process changes for corrective actions/continuous improvement of processes.
- Coordinates with Internal Audit on Japan Sarbanes Oxley (JSOX) initiatives.
- Two years experience in an automated packaging, distribution and/or retail environment.
- Good math and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and job assignments.
- Ability to present a professional image.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Requires developed skills through formal training or work experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
