Job Description

The focus is on the professional care of our hotel guests - from a warm welcome at check-in to farewell. In addition, you will take care of the following:

• Guest support including check-in and check-out
• Checking and processing reservations, overbookings, and options
• Invoicing including managing cost assumptions as well as cash management and accounting
• Organizational and administrative tasks in both front and back office areas (e.g., managing no-shows, answering emails)
• Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through collaboration in our multicultural team

• Training in the hotel industry or professional experience in the hotel/gastronomy sector or interest in a career change
• High quality awareness and service orientation as well as host qualities and passion for the hotel industry
