The Record to Report Ops Associate will be responsible for determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. This role involves posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statements, supporting month-end closing, and preparing reports for audits. The team focuses on operational efficiency, balance sheet integrity, reducing time to close, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The individual will be an individual contributor as part of a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work. This role may require rotational shifts.
