Job Description
Insider, a B2B SaaS company, is seeking a Recruiter for the LATAM region. This role involves driving initiatives to nurture company culture and create a positive candidate journey. Responsibilities include partnering with C-level executives to strategize hiring needs, mapping the market for commercial roles, and utilizing HR tech to automate recruitment processes. The recruiter will also actively participate in engagement, social responsibility, and campus recruitment projects, while developing and supporting employer branding activities. An analytical approach is required to ensure the effectiveness of hiring and retention strategies, cooperating with the global hiring team to create HR best practices and stay up-to-date with trends. The goal is to execute recruitment strategies with operational excellence, optimizing new hire quality, time to hire, and cost to hire.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Experience in SaaS/Tech/Digital recruitment
- Excellent communication skills (English and Portuguese)
- Confident, vibrant person with a go-getter attitude
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Job Description;
- will drive initiatives that nurture our company culture & create a charming journey for candidates,
- will partner with C-level to successfully identify and strategize hiring needs for the LATAM market,
- will successfully map the market for commercial roles,
- will effectively utilize HR tech stack of Insider to automate the recruitment processes,
- will take active role in the engagement, social responsibility and campus recruitment projects,
- will develop and support employer branding activities & help us exceed borders & march with the best talent out there,
- will follow analytical approach to ensure the effectiveness of the hiring and retention strategies,
- will cooperate with the global hiring team and follow the trends to create HR best practices to stay up-to-date,
- will execute the recruitment strategy with operational excellence while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire and cost to hire, our aim is to become better with every day,
Skills & Requirements:
- have a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
