Must have:
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, technical communities).
  • Research and build talent pipelines for technical openings.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages for candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening conversations.
  • Partner with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS (Ashby).
  • Stay current on technical trends and competitive landscape.
  • Identify new sourcing channels and recruiting tools.
  • 1-3 years experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
  • Understand technical roles, programming languages, and tools.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, sourcing tools.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting databases.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

The Role

Join Abridge as a Technical Sourcer and help us build world-class Engineering and Machine Learning teams! Our Engineering organization is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions for healthcare, and we're looking for an exceptional talent partner to fuel our growth.

This position will be instrumental in Abridge's continued success as we plan to double our team size this year. If you're passionate about identifying and attracting top-tier technical talent while making a meaningful impact in healthcare technology, we want to hear from you.

This role focuses on the front-end of the recruiting process, specializing in finding qualified candidates for software engineering, data science, machine learning and other technical positions. The ideal candidate combines strong research skills with an understanding of technical roles and the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.

What You’ll Do

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, technical communities, and other platforms to identify potential candidates
  • Research and build talent pipelines for current and future technical opening
  • Craft personalized outreach messages that resonate with our target audience
  • Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate interest and background
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates, even when no immediate opportunities exist
  • Partner closely with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Maintain accurate records in our ATS (Ashby)
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing metrics and pipeline status
  • Participate in intake meetings to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
  • Stay current on technical trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
  • Identify new sourcing channels and recruiting tools to improve efficiency

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
  • Understanding of technical roles and common programming languages, frameworks, and tools
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to craft engaging outreach messages
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting databases
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our San Francisco office, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
