Responsibilities
Perform Requirement analysis
Participate in active communication and clarification with customer stakeholders regarding requirements and test specification
Participation/execution of review for created specifications
Creation of Test cases and Test specification
Test preparation and execution
Test Analysis and test evaluation
Found in specifications defects logging/reporting
Proactive reporting on progress, blockers and open points
Skills
Must have
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Academic degree.
-Working experience in IT 3 years min.
-Proven experience in testing in Automotive domains.
-Strong experience of requirements and test specification analysis and creation (coverage, traceability, review)
-Proven strong working experience with IBM DOORs or another requirements management system/tool;
-Understanding of testing life-cycle.
-Experience in test processes.
-Experience in test automation with Python.
-Understanding of the different testing levels and their scope.
-Understanding of the testing types and testing techniques.
-Understanding of ASPICE best practices to ensure manageability, reliability, and deliverables.
-Advanced communication skills (verbal and written).
-Good negotiation skills.
-Good problem-solving skills. Foresee potential issues and risks and come up with solutions.
-Ability to work collaboratively.
-Good organizational skills, detail-oriented with proven ability to track and support activities under responsibility
-Customer centric mindset
-Working experience with Jira / Confluence
