Job Summary
As a Regulatory and Litigation Senior Counsel, Competition, you will join the EMEA team leading the defense strategy against government and regulatory actions. Responsibilities include defining defense strategies, conducting investigations, information collection and review, and representing the company in engagements. You will lead responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, litigation, enforcement actions, and overlapping civil matters, overseeing accurate information for external submissions and disclosures. You will also provide legal advice on government and regulatory audits and exams. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in legal, regulatory, and litigation matters, with a focus on minimizing regulatory risk, and experience in government, in-house, or law firm settings. Admission to the bar in good standing is required.

Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with legal, regulatory, and litigation matters, including addressing, minimizing, and avoiding regulatory risk.
- 10 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing, evaluating, and maintaining programs that ensure products comply with laws, regulations, and external commitments.
- Experience with managing projects and partnering effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with public company boards and their counsel, including special committees and audit committees.
- Experience working with technology companies and ability to understand complex technical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to be action-oriented and seek to meet the highest standards of integrity.
