  • Search for relevant vacancies in open and hidden markets, and explore opportunities through our network.
  • Support in generating strategic meetings, curating articles, and improving client networks.
  • Act as an integral advisor in clients' professional evolution, managing cases with empathy and business vision.

Job Description

At EliteBrain, a division of Grupo Confisa, we are looking for a Strategic Client Partner, who will be the bridge between our support structure and our clients: top-level executives, entrepreneurs, and growing companies who trust us to transform their professional and strategic positioning.

What will you do?

  • You will accompany each client personally in their career strategy, business, or professional visibility.
  • You will help them build, optimize, or transform their LinkedIn profile, seeking the best approach to highlight their trajectory.
  • You will search for relevant vacancies in both the open and hidden markets, and explore opportunities through our network of contacts.
  • You will support in generating strategic meetings, curating articles related to their interests or sector, improving their network of contacts, and more.
  • You will be an integral advisor in the professional evolution of our clients, managing each case with empathy, business vision, and excellent follow-up.

Requirements

What are we looking for in you?

  • High capacity for communication, empathy, and professionalism.
  • That you enjoy working directly with people, generating trust bonds.
  • Ability to listen, guide, and follow up with patience and vision.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, artificial intelligence (like ChatGPT), advanced internet search, and information management.
