Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, focusing on individual growth.
• Engage with customers, building relationships and understanding their needs within the ACG community.
• Adapt business strategies to meet changing market demands and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• Preferably studies in Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields in animation.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, with familiarity in the ACG industry, trendy toys, or IP derivatives preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Proven sales results and strong shop operations experience.
• Excellent people management skills with a focus on coaching and counseling.
• Ability to build and develop a cohesive team, exploring individual potential.
• Passionate about ACG culture and able to empathize with young customer groups.
