Job Description
Lead and motivate a team of retail associates in a specialty toy store focused on anime, comics, and games (ACG). Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, overseeing daily operations, coaching and developing team members, fostering a positive work environment, engaging with customers within the ACG community, and adapting business strategies to market demands. Requires a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, preferably with a background in retail management, marketing, or animation, and a demonstrated passion for ACG culture. The role demands excellent people management, sales, and operational skills, with the ability to build and maintain a cohesive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Preferably studies in Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields in animation.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, with familiarity in the ACG industry, trendy toys, or IP derivatives preferred.
- Must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
- Proven sales results and strong shop operations experience.
- Excellent people management skills with a focus on coaching and counseling.
- Ability to build and develop a cohesive team, exploring individual potential.
- Passionate about ACG culture and able to empathize with young customer groups.
