As a Revenue Operations Specialist with EIG, you will be joining our Agency Management Team to optimize Kin’s decline monetization and cross-sell funnels. You will primarily own increasing the quantity and quality of internal leads from the Kin Reciprocal that connect with our EIG Sales Agents. To do this, you will work cross-functionally with the Kin Revenue Operations Team, EIG Management Team (especially EIG Sales and Business Analytics) to design and implement data-driven strategies that optimize key parts of EIG’s internal lead acquisition funnel.
Here, you will get to be part of a team while bringing your problem-solving skills to the table. Additionally, you will have the chance to collaborate with internal stakeholders to help improve our processes moving forward and be a crucial part of the team. To be successful in this role, it is crucial that you are a fast learner willing to work hard to understand a variety of systems and departments.
Designing and optimizing lead workflows and automations to drive stronger performance.
Partnering closely with Kin Revenue Operations and EIG Sales/Business Analytics to identify, implement, and improve tools and integrations.
Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs and uncover insights.
Running A/B tests to improve lead transfer and conversion rates by segment.
Investigating trends—good or bad—in lead performance and recommending data-informed solutions.
Acting as the main point of contact for EIG’s lead qualification tools (CRM, Regal, AI Voice, etc.).
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar function.
Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and translate analysis into action.
Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills.
Experience working with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
Insurance industry background, especially in personal lines or agency sales
Familiarity with outbound dialer systems like Regal
Exposure to AI tools or emerging customer engagement tech
