Job Description

As an S&OE Planner, you will be responsible for matching operational supply capabilities with short-term demand changes. You will be part of the CEE planning team, serving as the single point of contact between the demand planner in CEE and the global upstream supply planning teams. You will play a pivotal role in the execution of the S&OP plan by coordinating and monitoring short-term availability for the CEE region. You will conduct weekly reviews on changes in demand, supply, and safety stock fulfillment, aligning and managing critical promotion requests to ensure deal execution. Proper status communication to local customer demand planners will also be a key responsibility.
Must Have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain-related role
  • Fluent English

S&OP Planner CEE

Job Description

As S&OE Planner, you will be responsible for matching operational supply capabilities with short-term demand changes, in alignment with the Commercial Strategy and Supply Centers, following the agreed allocation mechanism. The S&OE Planner is the key interface for escalations between Supply Centers and CEE Region

Your role:

  • You will be part of the CEE planning team (team of 8) reporting into the Supply Chain Business Partner CEE .

  • In this role you are the single point of contact between the demand planner in CEE and the global upstream supply planning teams.

  • You play a pivotal role in the execution of the S&OP plan in the region by coordinating and monitoring the short-term availability for CEE region.

  • Conduct quantity-based weekly reviews on changes in demand (USP), supply (CSP), and safety stock fulfillment (leading KPI) to implement and drive corrective actions​.

  • Align and manage critical promotion requests and deal availability to ensure deal execution according to customer expectation while matched with Supply Centre capabilities.

  • Ensure proper status communication to local customer demand planners.

  • Min. 3-5  years of experience in a Supply chain-related role, preferably planning

  • Fluent English

  • Business Acumen
