Job Description
- 4+ Years of Exp in managing the IT infrastructure of the company, which includes both hardware and software systems.
- Maintain essential IT operations, Asset Management including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware, network devices (Firewall, switches, Wireless Access Points).
- Configure, maintain network services, equipment, and devices.
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and firewall configuration.
- Experience in Vulnerability & Patch Management Services for windows/Linux/Mac.
- Managing service requests, incidents, and problems through a ticketing system.
- Excellent documentation skills for process and policies.
