How will you make a difference?
As Sales and Logistics Specialist, you will support Deputy General Manager, Sales and Marketing to manage and control sales and delivery. This role involves in collaborating with local customers and corporate sales function.
What will your typical day look like?
- Provide logistic support for aftermarket sales activities in South Korea. Manage and control sales and delivery of spareparts;
- Accountable for business coordination between local customers and Headquarters sales on shipment arrangement, monitor materials delivery status, import handling;
- Support Custom Clearance for imported materials by agency and manage database;
- Support bidding preparation and participation;
- Assist the team in ad hoc assignment.
What do we want to know about you?
- Degree holder in Shipping / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or above.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience on logistics and international shipping including import handling and knowledge of Incoterm.
- Outward going with diligent attitude to work and company.
- Presentable for customers to forward the image of Faiveley Transport required in the Korean market.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Korea.
- Able to be involved in defined projects and follow up project timetables.
- Able to work as part of a team, good interpersonal skills to work with local customers, internal departments and external parties.
- Good computer competency in Microsoft Office and able to work in outlook mail environment.
- Driving License holder would be a necessary.
