GlossGenius is seeking a founding Sales Enablement Manager to develop and maintain its sales enablement program. This role involves creating and maintaining sales collateral, developing and executing onboarding and training programs, and improving ramp time for new sales representatives. The manager will collaborate with sales leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure sales reps have the necessary tools. Responsibilities include developing onboarding and self-service training materials, identifying training needs, communicating product updates and industry trends to the sales team, and tracking the effectiveness of enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with sales innovation and technology to enhance sales team performance.

About the Role

As the founding Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll play an integral role in developing and maintaining the sales enablement program for our growing sales team. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining collateral for the sales team, developing and executing onboarding and training programs, and improving ramp time for new reps. You will work closely with sales leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional teams throughout the organization to ensure our reps have the tools they need to achieve their goals. 

You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a structured onboarding program for new sales reps, ensuring they are equipped with a thorough understanding of tools, products features, and engagement strategies
  • Develop self-service training materials and resources for sales representatives to continue their learning and development independently
  • Identify areas of need for additional training, resourcing and collateral and facilitate its creation and delivery
  • Work with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Support to stay up to date on product updates, industry trends, and customer feedback, and communicate insights to the sales team
  • Track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through key metrics like training completion, ramp-up time, and more
  • Identify opportunities to use the latest in Sales innovation and technology to supercharge the results of our sales team

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in sales enablement, sales, or client success roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
  • Demonstrated ability to build foundational B2B SaaS learning programs 
  • Eagerness to discover and learn new technologies and methods to better enable sales teams
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems a plus

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $130,000 - $155,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
