Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Sales Enablement Manager to be the executional backbone of Yahoo Ads’ enablement function. You will build scalable programs that strengthen our sales org, drive consistent, high-quality sales conversations, and embed critical skills across our sales and client experience teams. You’ll report to the Director of Sales Enablement and partner closely with Sales Operations, Brand Strategy and Monetization to create programs that equip sales with the right information, messaging and confidence to win.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in ad tech or media sales preferred
  • Familiarity with content management platforms, a plus
Must Have:
  • Facilitate live trainings, workshops and role-play sessions for sellers and account managers
  • Deliver timely enablement on key GTM priorities, sales motions and product updates
  • Partner with sales directors to assess team needs and tailor enablement programs
  • Independently manage GTM enablement projects or cross-functional workstreams
  • Create and adapt enablement materials based on strategic direction
  • Partner with sales narrative & strategy teams to bring our story and solutions to life
  • Keep resources current in Seismic, NotebookLM and other enablement platforms
  • Introduce fresh perspectives and innovative delivery methods to enhance adoption and engagement
  • Gather and relay feedback from the field to standardize best practices
  • Optimize sales enablement initiatives in partnership with Sales Ops to support key business metrics, like win rate
  • Be a go-to resource and act as an enablement SME to peers
  • 3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or related field
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to translate GTM priorities into actionable training and resources
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through skills
  • Curiosity and adaptability in using AI tools to enhance learning, content creation and program delivery

Responsibilities

Program Delivery & Training

  • Facilitate live trainings, workshops and role-play sessions for sellers and account managers
  • Deliver timely enablement on key GTM priorities, sales motions and product updates
  • Partner with sales directors to assess team needs and tailor enablement programs
  • Independently manage GTM enablement projects or cross-functional workstreams, from planning to delivery

Content Creation & Maintenance

  • Create and adapt enablement materials based on strategic direction
  • Partner with sales narrative & strategy teams to bring our story and solutions to life for sellers and the buying journey
  • Keep resources current in Seismic, NotebookLM and other enablement platforms
  • Introduce fresh perspectives and innovative delivery methods to enhance adoption and engagement

Field Support & Communication

  • Gather and relay feedback from the field to standardize best practices
  • Optimize sales enablement initiatives in partnership with Sales Ops to support key business metrics, like win rate
  • Be a go-to resource and act as an enablement SME to peers

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or related field (experience in ad tech or media sales preferred)
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to translate GTM priorities into actionable training and resources, while refreshing existing ones with new perspectives
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through skills
  • Curiosity and adaptability in using AI tools to enhance learning, content creation and program delivery
  • Familiarity with content management platforms, a plus

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,750.00 - $188,750.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
