The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role throughout the sales stages (1-7), providing essential resources to sales, bid, and client teams. These resources include content support, references, tools, market information, and knowledge to effectively sell products or services and deliver high-quality proposal responses. Responsibilities also involve ensuring proposal quality, aiding in knowledge management industrialization, and offering business and market insights, including competitor and industry analysis. Additional tasks include providing standard client deliverable content, managing knowledge and documents, and ensuring relevant analyst reports are available for bid managers to inform strategic bid or sales conversations.
Must have:
  • Provide resources to sales and bid teams during sales stages
  • Deliver high-quality proposal responses (proactive and reactive)

These resources may include content support (customized and standard), references, tools, market information and knowledge support to effectively sell your product or service to customers and deliver high quality proposal responses (proactive and reactive). Some of the roles that include as a part of this category are Proposal Support, Knowledge Managers, Market and Business intelligence​Sales support specialist ensure Proposal Quality delivered to the customer​, help with industrialization of knowledge management for faster turnaround on content​, provide business and market insights which includes competition insights, industry insights, stakeholder profiling

Job Description - Grade Specific

Responsible to provide standard and relevant client deliverable content 10 75 ME EurosUSDBring best content into proposals through administration of knowledge, content management document management. Ensure customized outcomes and market watch reports from analyst as required by the sales and bid manager for strategic inputs towards the bid or sales conversations. Ensure regular and active content contribution towards the industrialization effort
