As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SFMC solutions. This includes leveraging your expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Interaction Studio. You will be involved in architectural approaches, solution development, and ensuring successful application deployments. Key responsibilities encompass evaluating systems, devising solutions, coordinating with teams, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will provide strategic consultation, interact with partners, and specialize in the given domain to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role requires in-depth knowledge of SFMC, including integration with various enterprise systems. - Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio

- Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and Python for automation

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Architect with years of experience in SFMC architecture, implementation, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Interaction Studio, along with strong experience integrating SFMC with various enterprise systems.

Job Responsibilities:
- Essential Job Functions The incumbent must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the infrastructure design
- Ensures success of application or infrastructure planning, configuration, and deployments.
- Evaluates existing or proposed systems and business requirements to develop solutions and technologies to solve the business need within the Enterprise Reference Architecture.
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering system and application capacity and limitations, service level agreements and business requirements.
- Coordinates with other teams and vendors within an application or infrastructure domain to troubleshoot problems, coordinating with department users and system administrators.
- Responsible for quality assurance reviews of assigned projects and the evaluation and documentation of team procedures, applications, and/or infrastructure.
- Identifies opportunities for application, code, or infrastructure reuse. Supports the development of software, data delivery, or infrastructure platforms with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different business areas.
- Coordinates architecture implementation and modification activities. Assists in postimplementation and continuous-improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality. Ensures the conceptual completeness of the technical solution.
- Analyzes the current architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvements. Identifies, and when necessary, proposes variances to the Enterprise Reference
- Architecture to accommodate project or business requirements.
- Provides strategic consultation to business partners and IT teams. Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, system impacts, and technology priorities.
- Interacts and interfaces with support partners to ensure solutions are architected correctly.
- Occasionally works with support partners to resolve major issues.
- Domain Specialization: Skills are specific to the given system, application, or infrastructure domain below.
Basic Qualification
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Interaction Studio.
- Experience integrating SFMC with CRM, eCommerce, POS, and Data Warehouses (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, MuleSoft, Snowflake).
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and Python (preferred) for advanced automation and personalization.
- Optimize Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, and Einstein AI for customer engagement and conversion optimization.
