The SAP E2E Solution Architect - Presales role involves leading SAP Application Development (AD) deals, primarily with new SAP S/4, with a global scope ranging from 5 to 25 million Euros. The responsibilities include end-to-end solutioning, bid responses, and collaboration with solution teams. The role also involves promoting Capgemini's SAP offers, shaping deals, and defending solutions internally. Additional responsibilities include leading client meetings, understanding customer requirements, and proposing solutions. The architect will also lead initiatives in the context of Digital Transformation, drive innovation in existing accounts, and provide delivery and solution assurance. The architect will support and guide solutions in the Capability (COE), drive competency agenda, provide expert support to projects, and mentor a team of architects. The role requires excellent communication skills and experience in client interactions and stakeholder management.
Good To Have:- Knowledge of S/4HANA, Suite on HANA and HANA database.
- Industry knowledge in Manufacturing/Retail/CPG/Life sciences.
- Experience in integrating SAP ERP solutions across other ERPs/SAP solutions.
- Experience in a multi-cultural, multi-location global delivery setup.
- Additional language proficiency (German/Spanish/Dutch or French).
Must Have:- 17+ years of SAP experience.
- Deep knowledge in SAP core modules (FICO, O2C, P2P, SCM, CRM).
- Experience in pre-sales solution architecture for large strategic deals.
- Strong hands-on experience in any one of the SAP core modules.
- Experience leading SAP projects in the AD side.
