3. Optimize levels according to project standard indicators (e.g., model polygon count, material texture rationality), ensuring a balance between optimal visual effects and performance, and implement optimization plans;
4. Communicate effectively with product, art, programming, and other departments, coordinating various demands to ensure the final presentation of 3D scenes in the game is not weaker than competitors, and jointly solve various problems in the project;
5. Organize outsourcing plans based on project needs, work closely with outsourcing teams, control the quality of high, medium, and low poly models and textures, provide precise feedback to suppliers in a timely manner according to outsourcing production specifications, and ensure outsourcing results meet project expectations;
6. Collect and integrate information from project R&D, summarize practical experience into documentation, and share it within the team to enhance the team's overall professional skills and project implementation capabilities;
1. Art-related major, systematically studied aesthetic and basic aesthetic logic knowledge, with in-depth understanding and comprehension of realistic fantasy scene styles;
2. Proficient in mainstream 3D software (3DsMax, ZBRUSH, etc.), possessing solid 3D modeling skills;
3. Proficient in texture creation software (Substance Designer, Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc.), capable of independently completing high-quality material texture drawing;
4. Over 4 years of experience in scene model production, familiar with PBR production processes, rich experience and mature techniques in expressing different styles of scenes, and strong texture drawing ability;
5. Over 6 years of experience in level design, proficient in using the Unity engine, with a preference for those also proficient in the UE engine;
6. Clear thinking, good problem analysis and solving skills, capable of proposing practical scene optimization solutions and ensuring their effective implementation;
7. Excellent communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate efficiently in cross-departmental teams to promote smooth project progress;
8. Preference for those with the ability to formulate work plans and strategies, and those with certain organizational and management experience will have an advantage in team collaboration and project promotion;
