Job Details

Company Description

"I help make entrepreneurship easier in Germany!" - Who can say that about their job? What sounds fantastic will come true for you! Join us as a Scrum Master & Organizational Developer (m/f/d) for our new organizational unit "AI-Solutions" – as soon as possible, here in Freiburg im Breisgau, one of Germany's sunniest cities.

Support the existing Lexware "GenAI" team and up to two new teams with your long-standing expertise and passion for agile principles to work autonomously, customer-centric, and results-oriented: So that soon we can enable more and more of the 3.8 million micro and small entrepreneurs in Germany to make the right decisions today with the help of artificial intelligence to be successful tomorrow.

Our office is the ideal place for collaboration and creative exchange. That's why we meet regularly – at least once a week – on-site. And because things sometimes need to move quickly with us, you should also be able to come to the office spontaneously when it matters. At the same time, we know that focused work often succeeds better from home – you'll find the right balance together with the team.

Job Description

  • You make an active contribution to building a new, independent organizational unit with high impact and direct customer proximity, becoming part of a culture where responsibility, trust, and impact count.
  • You moderate and create the framework for team meetings (e.g., Scrum ceremonies) and cross-team workshops – with a clear structure, focus on results, and participation of everyone who can contribute. You keep a watchful eye on us living our core principles – at both team and organizational levels.
  • Freedom to shape "how" you support our team in the collaboration process. Since you master the ABCs of agile frameworks like Scrum in your sleep, you manage the balancing act between pure theory and pragmatic approach.
  • You foster a team mindset that understands artificial intelligence (AI) not as a tool, but as a way of thinking: "Live and breathe AI" means constantly asking ourselves how AI improves our work, our collaboration, and customer value.

Qualifications

  • A completed degree in Business (Psychology) or a comparable qualification, e.g., as a systemic consultant. Ideally, you have already supported several teams and/or organizations in their development as a process facilitator and gained experience in a multi-team context.
  • Strong moderation, coaching, and communication skills – You promote genuine team development, not just show formats.
  • Ideally, experience in supporting new product developments; methods such as Lean Startup or Design Thinking are not foreign to you.
  • You feel comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments and can maintain orientation even with frequent changes in requirements – both for yourself and for your team.
  • You have an interest in AI and technological innovation – not necessarily as an expert, but as a curious companion who explores new possibilities with the team and reflects on how AI can meaningfully support our own work and that of our customers.
  • Our team language is German, so very good German language skills (at least C2) are a must.

We rely on Team Recruiting - Our team conducts the job interviews themselves. We look forward to getting to know you.

  • Birgit, Max, Thorsten - As a trio, we always keep an eye on the market and ensure a good interplay of product vision, marketing, and technical integration.
  • Thomas, Camilo, Bastian and Ralf - The versatile quartet of software development and data science. We overcome technological hurdles with innovative solutions and ensure truly enthusiastic customers.
  • Lydia – Effective teams are the foundation of a functioning organization. As a Scrum Master, she supports stable and sustainable development. After work, she enjoys exploring the surroundings of Freiburg with her gravel bike.
