Independence Associate

PwC is seeking an ambitious and self-driven Independence Associate to join their team in Athens. This role involves enabling the business to achieve its ambitions by addressing inquiries, monitoring compliance processes, tracking regulatory developments, and assisting in global initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and possess a future-focused mindset to tackle challenges and drive efficiencies.

Must Have

• Liaise with all Practices to address inquiries & consultations and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders
• Provide support for monitoring processes and procedures of the Independence Office
• Monitor Regulatory developments and changes and collaborate with Regulatory team
• Monitor changes driven by PwC Global and empowerment of communication channels with the Network
• Assist in the implementation of Global Independence initiatives
• Work collaboratively to drive ideas/solutions with team to bring efficiencies and exploit technology opportunities

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Independence Associate to join our team.

• Liaise with all Practices to address inquiries & consultations and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders
• Provide support for monitoring processes and procedures of the Independence Office (i.e., Personal Independence Compliance, Training, Compliance with Network Standards, etc)
• Monitor Regulatory developments and changes and collaborate with Regulatory team
• Monitor changes driven by PwC Global and empowerment of communication channels with the Network
• Assist in the implementation of Global Independence initiatives
• Work collaboratively to drive ideas/solutions with team to bring efficiencies and exploit technology opportunities

What you bring matters

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in political sciences, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting and any other relevant field
• One (1) to Three (3) years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment
• General knowledge of regulatory and business environment
• An inquisitive nature which is inclined to investigate, identify issues, and solve problems
• Ability to exercise professional judgment in performing the tasks assigned
• Ability to implement and adapt to new or changing environment
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a range of key stakeholders
• Strong communication, project management skills and multitasking
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
